Let’s be perfectly honest, this fic is terrible. Not because it involves incest, those things are a dime a dozen around here, but rather it’s like the author just wrote a generic non-con story and pasted in the names afterwards.

To say the characters were out of character would be an understatement. According to the story, Richard is “away on a business trip” which makes no sense since Nicole is the one with the job and Anais is at “a friend’s place” even though she doesn’t have any friends.

Even you let all that slide and pretend it’s an alternate universe, the plot is just ridiculous. Nicole is somehow overpowered by her son and forced into having sex with him. Seriously? Nicole, the same person who’s tough enough to take down a T-Rex, suddenly can’t stand up to her own kid.

The author never gives a good reason for Gumball’s sudden Oedipus Complex and his characterization is so flat, you could use it as an ironing board. And the author totally fails at biology for not realizing Gumball is a cat, not a dog, therefore it makes no sense for him to have “a knot.”

Then there’s the writing itself. There’s no life or soul to it. Just huge amounts of description with the occasional bit of cliched dialogue thrown in. And finally, splitting the story into two chapters based on perspective is just redundantly redundant.

Overall, 0/10, would not recommend.
