I loved the story going so far, but if you feel like rewriting due to new ideas, I can only imagine it would become even better, so I'm down for it! But I think I would still like to visit the original story once in a while, if just for the sake of nostalgia or seeing whatever difference might be between new and old.

I love the premise for What I've Lost; mixing Duck Dodgers and the original looney toons and giving Daffy such a soft spot for the life and people he left behind when he got frozen... I LOVE THAT! And yours is the longest fanfic I've found that expands the idea of Daffy being Dodgers, so I'm just looking forward for more, wether it's here or in a new incarnation of this story.

this version is good enough the drama and that comes showing the other side of our favorite childhood cartoons and you dude have made something quite i have never seen so please dont keep going finish this one then try for the rewrite of it if you feel that you need it but still this story is incredible

Leave this version up, and rewrite as a separate story

That is a real shame. I did quite like the way the story was going. But I also understand what you are feeling as it is something I feel a lot with my own writing, if it makes you feel better and if you think that you can improve the story, do it. It is your story and you choose the direction it goes and I and I know many others will support you and your desision and I will wait avidly for the rewrite. I would quite like you to keep this version up as something I can go back to and could be something to compare with your rewrite. I am glad this story is still active as I was quite worried that you had abandoned it, but now I understand why you took so long to update and my worries have faded and excitement has blossomed. I look forward to the rewrite and to see the new direction that you take this story. Have a good day/ night. :)
