Nice to see an update! I enjoy this story.

This is as far as i can make it. I am sorry to say, that nearl everything makes no sense. From world building to characterisation it hurts me to read. Please read forged destiny again, learn about how and why the world is the way it is an rewrite this.
Just slapping on a darkest dungeon vibe and going grimdark does nothing to create a believable story.
Especially jarring things ( incl not limites to)
- summer rose psycho behavior
- the contradiction of people apparently wanting partisans and killing them by stupidity instead of training
- death door soul death ( even less reason to want to stay)

I am dreading the fact this story is again taking parts from Forged Destiny.

You know, I’m still not sure whether or not you have a Fem Dom Fetish, or a Humiliation Fetish. Or Both.

Never much played darkest dungeon but I for sure enjoy the inspiration you took from it.

Honestly the thing that stood out most this chapter was the number of typos. Such as the skeleton swirling his “cum” instead of “cup”. Those two mean entirely different things.

But yeah, there are a lot of errors but most of them are typos instead of vocabulary and grammar issues. I only point this out because there was an unusually high number this chapter.

Comparing what was described about level three’s, I feel they had it too easy. Also halfway through, Jaune’s stress disappeared from the story entirely. No penalties, recovery, no lingering effects. Kind of ruins the point of stress as a mechanic.

Pls fix the formatting

I don't know if this is building up to something or what but it seems like Jaune is just being dragged from setpiece to setpiece just having things happen to him. Like he isn't a character right now. He could be replaced with a doll that randomly cycles through 3 states (fear, fear but with a boner, and I'm glad I'm not dying) whenever anything happens and and there would be no functional difference to the plot currently.
