 mcrae1o1nick chapter 2 . 7/7 If the first chapter you get threatened with mind control if you don't stop using magic, and you don't bring it up in the second at all. lots of people have a blind spot for the massive amount of mind control that keeps the masquerade up in the ho universe, and from what I can see so far, you haven't thought about the ethics of obliviation. |

| Guest chapter 1 . 4/26 Good grammar and interesting -if not very original- premise. What really ruins the whole story is having an authors note in the midlle of the chapter... An authors note that in no way, shape or form is marked out with a line break, different text format or even a symbol or two. Author notes belong at the beginning or the end of the chapter, to place them anywhere else makes them annoyances and immersion breakers at best and story ruining elements at worst (as in this case when it was a whole bloody paragraph instead of just a short sentence). |
