- Forgot to mention, Lelouch's Gease is the most restrictive of all Gease so having his frineds have Geass also just makes him seem underpowered.
- Lelouch even believed his friends would turn on him as noted in the audio dramas, he wouldn't go recruit people who showed no aptitude at war to fight Britania. Not to mention he cared for them and as such tried to keep them away from those horros and prevent them from being used against him.

- C.C. wouldnt' hand out Gease like candy.
- Lelouch hated Geass and wouldn't hand it out to anyone, in the alternate timeline he and C.C. are out questing to end Gease.
- Geass is a code that promotes isolation, look at how Lelouch's story turned out. All his allies having Geass that'll curse them to be a part seems counterproductive.

Just finished binging this story, very much enjoyed it and awaiting more.

I did notice a couple of small inconsistencies; Lelouch saw C.C.'s scar far earlier, but a recent chapter(where they first hook up) treated it as if he'd never seen it before.

Also, C.C. told Lelouch early on that his father had a Geass, AND told him what the Geass was(memory manipulation). Later on, as she's telling her past, it's played as Lelouch just figures out what Charles' power is, and C.C. confirms it.
