Kate and Jim, not my favorite pairing but this is a great story .

Wow! I definitely didn't expect this! But, it's very realistic and I could see it played out in the series. I understand that Kate is hurt, but I also understand Jim. He fell into his own trap, he fell in love with her. Hopefully, Kate won't be angry for a long time and won't break up the engagement. Dutchy, get here for the crisis counseling! :)))

Oh, I want Dutchy to come back and kick Mike out, but firstly gag him so he can't go on and hurt Kate anymore with his jealousy! He really ticked me off with that "coffee" scene in the series and from then I wasn't M/K fan anymore!
Jim is so in tune with Kate, loved how he noticed that she is stressed out because bathroom and the rest of the house is spotless! Yay, she agreed to marry him! And then Dutchy with his "best friend" and "gross" comments - hilarious! I adore this story!

First of all, I should tell you that Jim, Dutchy and Kate are my favorites from Sea Patrol. That being said, you can only imagine how much I adored this chapter! Jim's words "Not that this wasn't important" sounded so much like him! That man can make me melt in a puddle in a matter of seconds! He always made sure that Kate knows how important she is to him! And then our dear, crazy Dutchy with "20 boxes", "squirm" and "hairy back" comments cracked me up completely! I adore their friendship and am sooo glad to see you writing their bond perfectly!

Jim was absolutely the best one for Kate! I cried my eyes out when he died in the series! Love your story! First chapter and hearing that gorgeous husky voice saying "Falling for me again, McGregor?" gave me goosebumps! I adore him! I read the entire story before, but decided to do it again so I can post a few reviews. Hoping that you'll write more H/K stories!

Even though I'm a big Kate/Dutchy fan, I really thought that Kate should've ended up with Jim in the end. I really liked this fic, it was entertaining and def drama filled! I liked your characterisations as well.

And now here's the epilogue with the happiness and the fluff and I just love it all! And geez this is the cutest damn proposal ever I love it. And smug-Dutchy has my heart for eternity (as do you and your writing but, hey, I'm willing to share :) ) Love hearing the whole story about how they all got them together. Just... just brilliant from start to finish. Amazing!

Okay, so picture me at 6.30 in the morning setting up my classroom and listening to this. Me freaking out my coworker because I'm "squeaking and making weird arse noises" and then dancing with one of the babies because I was JUST SO HAPPY! Like everyone was sitting there going "it's Monday how are you so happy" and here I am babbling about LOVE HEALS ALL WOUNDS GUYS JIM AND KATE AND BE HAPPY! Meddling Dutchy and Daz and Mike AND Maxine - I loved it. I was sitting at work going "please be Jim, please be Jim" and YES! And OHMYGOSH 2Dads getting teary and singing and I just love him! Oh my gosh you seriously made Monday a great day which is damn near impossible to do. But seriously, this was a rollercoaster from start to finish and I loved every single minute of it.
