Considering that in the previous chapters the main character was able to crack the ground with a 'weak' slap, he should be able to produce enough force to run at the speed of around 200 km/h. Rough guesstimate, but far faster than 500 meters per minute even with trees.

Completely amoral but as if you can't bear to make him truly an asshole, he has weird unexplainable walls to doing truly messed up things. So he's not interesting, which makes him just dislikeable. Read Sir Lucifer Morningstar fanfics to understand what I mean.
