Thanks for writing the relationship between Space Colony Ark and GUN regarding what Project Shadow is with such clarity, it’s rare to even see that in the source material. Maria is adorable, and her dialogue fits with the ‘50 years ago’ time, which is also VERY rare. Not to mention all the cute references like patting Shadow between the ears, and even some of the grimmer aspects like Shadow’s combat training and Maria’s illness. Be proud, because this was really good.

My heart, oh my goodness, this fic is fantastic! The interactions between Shadow and Maria is so beautifully written along with you expanding what their lives were like on the Ark.

Their last exchange between Shadow and Maria is emotional to read.
