I absolutely love how stern and motherly Lapis was in this chapter with Steven, the drop on Peri's age from garnet was funny, and are we to assume the new name of the Periluck is ...The Stevidot? _

WOW. This has been an experience. Once again I’ve ignored my responsibilities in favor of this story, and I don’t even care. This has been an adventure of a story, and you don’t cease to surprise me with anything you write. The whole peridot being like a gem experiment GOD thing was too much to take in. I got serious chills reading that. And I’ve gotta say, the characters are a delight. Everyone gets spotlight in this story, and everyone is written well. But the way you portray peridot will always be favorite aspect of this story. I really love how you capture how much of a fuckin genius and badass she can be while also making sure to capture her quirkiness, and how she’s a child who’s still learning. Whatever you plan to do with her in GA3 makes me absolutely terrified, and yet I’m dying to know. I

Binge-read most of this yesterday and finally had to stop halfway through Lapis's and then when I loaded the page today to finish reading, I found you'd posted the last chapter as well, so yay, that was a very happy Valentines Day surprise! I'm so, so glad everyone's ignoring Peridot's demands to be left behind and I'm very intrigued by this heterochromia thing she has going on and possible new powers? Anyway, I'm very much looking forward to the next part of this now!
