Oh Sheppard, I think they're a little more than 'lizards.' Try 'dragons.' *chortle* This is great, I loved Critias, Hermos, and Jinto's interactions! With Teyla and Sheppard standing bemused off to the side. Lol!

So Timaeus (and co) isn't one of the Ancients, but a sorta-but-not-really ally. Interesting... I suppose the three are occupying the same space right now, huh? And the Erebus is a creature they were asked to calm so the Ancients could observe it. Like a lion or bear or killer whale.
I wonder when Timaeus will get his/their sword back.

Nice! Yeah, having the whole story from Jinto's point of view wouldn't have been the best idea, seeing as he definitely shouldn't be running head on into the action, or be privy to SGA's command decisions, concerns, or conclusions about the Erebus and Timaeus. Lol, Plato!

I really like your idea of having this from Jinto's point of view, and I'm so glad he's sticking close to Timaeus - he's taking his role as hero very seriously!
Poor Timaeus. 10,000 years into the future with an energy being and random other people running around a dilapidated Atlantis. "we" he says. Or are he and the other dragons/warriors sharing a body or perhaps his language skills aren't perfect (how does he even speak their language? oh my). Maybe the other two are still in the holding unit? Or are they long gone, having been outside the unit in the research room and not with Timaeus on the inside?

Oh my, what a fun opening chapter! I can't believe I never thought of tying the two Atlantises together. Shame on me and kudos to you! I look forward to seeing what happens in your crossover! I wonder how much of YGO is going to be brought over. I'm already guessing that the darkness had something to do with the great Serpant, but I could be way off the mark. I'm so excited!

Are they cold-blooded? It wouldn’t make too much sense because they keep talking about cold places they’ve been to. Reverse cold-blooded? They are better in the cold than the heat? Also, surprising turn on the personalities. Is this why Kaiba takes so much pleasure in calling Joey a dog? :)
