I miss this story, their are enough Ladynoir stories and even less that tackle the fact that Marinette drives herself into the ground for others. Your story is just so cozy and heartfelt and I think we could all use more of that in our lives.

You shouldn't bend over backwards for people who wouldn't do the same for you Marinette. You have feelings too, and they should understand that if you don't want to do something, then they shouldn't make you feel guilty for not doing it.

Just found this story, and swallowed it in one night. As usual, I simply ADORE your writing! If I can name a single flaw to the work, that would probably be the fact that your characters are acting a bit too mature and level-headed for their age. I f.e. couldn’t boast such level of personal growth until my mid-twenties if at all! XD
I also loved Marinette‘s existential crisis and joe she finally understood that the world doesn’t rest on her shoulders, and it’s neither her duty nor actual desire to constantly please everyone around her. That it’s impossible to be liked by everyone, no matter how hard you try, nor should you worry about it, because, in the end, “public” opinion of you isn’t worth that much, it about those few precious people close to you.

And my poor sweet boi FINALLY got it that you don’t have to constantly pretend to be someone else to be appreciated! You just have to be yourself and hope that your sincerity reaches the other person.

P.S. they are both so funny saying - PFFFF I’ll recognize him/her instantly, the second I meet him/her as a civilian! Well... You kids are in for one hell of a surprise))) I wonder how Marinette will deal with “he chose the mask over the real me!” issue. Hope she won’t take it too bad.

P.P.S. Still quietly crying for “From the ashes 2” in my pillow at night...
