This is only taking the life and spice out of the story. Yukino's "hypocrisy" as you call it is the sum of her own flaws and issues which are a major part of the OreGairu story.

While it is true that Hiratsuka and Yukinoshita acted 'OC' in the beginning,I don't think i can say the same about Hachiman.

Hachiman of 1st season is noticebly different in 2nd season,he'as less cynical and hateful.

I like it but I hope that if it appears yuigahama is not a screaming whore who says HIKKI EVERY TWO PUTOS SECOND (but it's very clear I do not like the screaming characters like yuigahama)
