I must say, I'm happy I found this. You brought enough changes that keeps it interesting, but Sora himself isn't OPAF. That being said I'm concerned about how powerful you'll make Sora. Yes theirs nothing wrong with him being stronger that he can handle problems on his own, but Sora's at his greatest when he has a team to work with but even that's hampered by the fact he can summon warriors when he's in trouble. Unless Donald, Goofy and the other world allies are better than the summons Sora doesn't really need their help.
I know I've been criticizing the summons, it's not out of hate, I'm just afraid that they'll take away the significance of other characters. That being said I thought of other units that could be useful. They're mostly based off the units from the Fire Emblem games so you got cavaliers, mages, thieves, axe fighters, healers and even aerial units so you might want to check the games out.
Speaking of Fire Emblem one of my favorite KH crossovers is a story called "Of Key and Sword Kingdom Hearts". In it Sora gets personal training from Phil every time he goes to the Coliseum and it helped the boys in becoming better fighters. The story also mentions the BBS cast which might prove helpful here. Well I'm done hope this helps.

From the sounds of it, could Ventus still be saved by Sora that night? Like it could be literally the night after the storm Sora was found in or hours after it passed. When Xehanort came to Destiny Islands to leave Ven to die in peace, Sora unknowingly saved him, with the fact that he's the King of Light makes it more interesting.
It's ultimately your decision but I prefer if Vanitas revealed the truth to Sora. Maleficent could pique Sora's curiosity with an off hand comment or something of that nature.
With Sora using the Wayfinder trio's keyblades, (without spoiling anything), does it have something to do with the events of BBS or is it natural for Keyblades to return to the King of Light after their wielders have fallen (one way or another)?

Love the update, is Vanitas going to be a bad guy or a good guy?

Awesome job and wonderful working with how the story is going so far. Also nice job with Sora gaining a new ally in the form of a Robin Hood

Great update, been waiting for this.
When will Sora and Co. find out about his role? Does he have any other special abilities? Will the villians findout about it?I can almost imagine Xigbar calling him "your highness" in a mocking tone.) Does Xehanort know? Will the BBS trio appear in this story , or are you going to save them for later?
Also on the creatures Sora can summon, will there be intelligent variants that act like Generals? Will Sora's allies gain the ability to control them? Also an idea for a name for them could be something like Rex Praesidio latin for Kingsguard or some version of it.
Finally are you going to use the orginal worlds from the game, or come up with new ones? Can you give us any hints?

I liked what did with the first chapter and able the summon allied knights to fight with him and i believe summon more keyblades to defend and use. I cannot wait for the next chapter

Wow, love what your going with, really wish Square Enix went with this or something similar. Glad that Sora will still be the goof we know and love with some seriousness and hopefully Kairi will have a more active role.

Hmm, not quite sure about the name for the Knights. Some names in the Kingdom Hearts franchise are latin, try to get inspiration from that. I read that Scala ad Caelum is latin for 'Stairway to Heaven'. Try creating a name that fits what they do and what they are, it seems its their duty to protect the King of Light and they came from light, or better yet, try using other names for light that fits their role. The only one I can come up with but not sure about it, they could be called Neons, you know like Neon lights. I don't know.

This is a really imteresting story you got here. I can't wait to see were you take it. How is going to effect characters like Namine, Roxas, and Xion? What was the fate of the BBS trio in this stroyline? Will Donald and Goofy treat him an differently when they find out he is the King of Light? How will this devolpment effect Xehanort's plan, did take this into account? What about the Master of Masters? Does he have a role to play in this, did forsee this?
