I really enjoyed this story. You have written Gene and Alex true to character. I hope you'll write many more Galex stories in the future.

I love the way you set the scene and do it all by giving us a look into Gene Hunt's mind — all the doubts, confusion, betrayals, and bravado. And I'm glad you are able to keep up a believable tension between Alex and Gene before they finally face facts and the last barrier falls.
