Already left a review but I just want to add that I’ve never thought that the reason CC resurrected Lelouch was as selfish as she claimed. I think she did it because she wanted him to reunite with Nunnaly and his friends, give him a chance to live in a world he created, have a peaceful he had deserved and had led before meeting her. That’s why she protested so much at the idea of him leaving all that behind to come with her, before his “proposal” made her smile and finally accept it.

Shit your story absolutely floored me. I was going to write something like this to satisfy my Cluclu feels but now why bother? I’ve read so many unremarkable fics with twice or ten times the reviews here but yours is so so much better, more poignant and well-written. You actually understand the characters, understand Code Geass and respected it, instead of taking and spinning them into another token shoujo fantasy story. That is not the kind of love and affection Lelouch and CC have for each other. Theirs is one created by mutual respect, understanding of each other’s worst and best, pure, tender and unselfish affection. And you portray that so well. I love it,
