Yes! I knew you could pull this off! :D I loved this idea when a bunch of people were discussing it on Discord, but I knew I wouldn't have the chops to pull it off. So I suggested you, because you're excellent with humorous/borderline crack!fics for Inuyasha :) I'm glad you got around to it so quickly! I love Miroku being the most fascinated with Kagome's era, and how you explain their slightly illegal methods of pulling off the whole scheme. (Of course, it's only slightly "illegal": who on earth would believe that Kagome travels back in time frequently without any time-space continuum issues? XD) And I love how it all stemmed from Inuyasha destroying their kitchen LOL! Overall, very cute story and I'm glad it came to life after being born from a headcanon discussion.

Did you have to break canon at the end, though? It would work just as well as a canon-compliant fic where Kagome and Inuyasha split their time between modern work and a (mostly) quiet married life in the Feudal Era, no jewel shards whatsoever. After all, it was never actually stated whether the well working again after three years was just a one-time thing or not.
