This was a great sequel!

Loved both stories and what you did with the characters. Sorry I didn't stop to write before now, but had to read both. Both were so enjoyable. Loved Darcy and Elizabeth, Jane and Bingley, but I especially loved how you wrote Kitty and Richard. Georgiana's character was also a delightful change from the usual Lord she married. Darcy's reaction was not totally a surprise, but loved how you developed his change of feelings. Well written.

Your treatment of death was respectful and reverent. Beautiful chapter and a few tears leaked out because your writing was so touching. I’ve noticed that your writing has improved gradually with each chapter starting with your first book about the Darcys’ life after JA’s book. Excellent work and thanks for sharing your talent.

Wow! I've just read the whole story in one go and feel like I've just got off a rollercoaster! So enjoyed it. Brilliant. Will there be more? Please?

Just a little continuity thing. Back in the chapter where the Matlocks and Darcy confront Gangridge (is that right? I've got gangrene stuck in my head!), you have Richard chase him out of the house with a pistol, followed by Darcy who circles around to cut him off. Then a couple of sentences later Lady Ashton appears on Darcy's arm. He's in two places at once.

Really enjoyed the story. Will be looking out for what you write next! :-)

Are you trying to kill me off all together with that last paragraph?! I could picture them all sitting there in the big house, decorated for Christmas, fire burning and all right with the world. What a beautiful ending to a wonderful story. I sincerely hope you'll return to JAFF works in the future...is it too much to hope maybe a one off with Georgiana and Nathaniel in the future with a baby? Am I being cheeky asking that?! I’ve absolutely loved this story, there were times when I couldn’t see how Georgie and Nathaniel could ever be together and married.
Yet, that’s exactly what’s happened, and I’m so happy that it did.

This was a deep rich story and formed a fitting ‘pairing’ to the trilogy of Lizzy/Darcy and Richard/Kitty. Brava to Regency girl 17.

(Where did the Gardeners go for Christmas ? in canon they always went to Longbourn but there was no mention of them this time)

Now I can say itand they all lived happily ever after to the end of their days!

Well, you can't expect Lady Catherine to change overnight, and she didn't call for her carriage! (I'm slightly surprised she didn't notice Georgiana's ring when she arrived, but then she wouldn't have been looking for it)

If you write the sequel about the next generation, it might be funny if Lady Catherine was especially solicitous of Georgiana's children... just an idea
