How does his hair keep himself in place he pulls of his orbs easily he should be able to just push off and dialogue himself

The only problem I have with this is chapter two. Mineta's sticky hair doesn't stick to him. It repels him. He bounces off like rubber.

Yes! Finally, the grape is gone! Let him be some Alien races problem, they might be able to finally find a way to end him! If you cannot tell, I hate this perverted grape with a great deal of passion, despite having only watched a few episodes of the series.

Would you consider doing an A.U. Version of this where it is the girls of 1-b, who deliver the pain to this grape? Or maybe even some of the female pro heroes like Midnight and Mount Lady?

Given the number of chapters I was wondering which girl was going to be left out. Then I saw the title for the last chapter and realized that it would be a tag-team effort. While that part wasn't particularly surprising Midoriya's part in the endeavor was (launching someone into orbit definitely doesn't qualify as "heroic behavior" - besides, if he can put up with Bakugo he can put up with anyone).

I'm also guessing that Nezu must have already signed Mineta's expulsion papers in advance - allowing a current student to launch another into orbit would simply raise too many questions.
