This is for anyone that thinks Raijin doesn't have a reason to be kind or it isn't explained well enough because he is a saiyan. The dude was raised on namek. goku on earth. Earthlings can sometimes be violents. Namekians are pacifists that fight only to protect.

I was honestly expecting Raijin to unlock SSJ4 directly and wiping the floor with Buu. But your version probably works better as SSJ4 might be highly overpowered for this fight

I hope there is an explanation for Raijin being a kind Saiyan. He doesn’t exhibit any Saiyan traits his fellow saiyans possess: being cocky, cold, and the love to fight. Even goku, when he was kind, still showed his love for fighting though he did turn kind when he originally was a violent Saiyan. Goku hit his head and became kind but Raijin has no explanation of being one so far
