Gave this 4 stars. Love how perfectly you understand how the boys work, especially the paragraph where Dean notes how angry Sam has to be to swear, and how Sam's most basic trait is the need to cope by talking things out. We need more of this in the episodes! Sometimes I feel the writers are too young or new to SNL to really have the requisite understanding of these complex men. I have been here from the beginning, and, like you, I'll be here as long as the fandom exists.
PS: I really hate that the writer felt it necessary to kill all the hunters in the bunker when Michael broke free. Were we supposed to assume he tried to possess and burned out each body until he found one that could hold him? Or that he just killed them out of spite? Never quite clear to me. Guess he was too afraid to try Dean again. And how, exactly, did he get Rowena to say yes? Or are we supposed to think he didn't need consent any longer? Sigh.

Oh, this was lovely. Just what I needed to read after hearing the news about season 15 being the end of the series. Can’t believe we’re just a year out before this incredible saga ends. I just hope however it ends, that the boys go out together, alive or dead, however it must be. Until then and after, we’ll keep them alive with amazing stories like this one about that crazy codependent bond these brothers have. Just love this story. The characterizations are spot on in every way. So good! SPN forever!
