I swear if ivy wasn't there, akasha would have probably gotten herself killed

me, checking fma fanfics during a break between working on assignments and seeing the fic i read last night has already been updated: *surprised pikachu face*

Cool chapter, i love seeing how ivy interacts with the world where now, on top of trying to figure out where her place is, she also has to juggle Akasha’s own desire to ‘be in the thick of it’ so to speak. I feel so on the fence about akasha - in the sense of like, its so frustrating (like aaaa secondhand embarrassment) to see her constantly try and include herself into fairly private moments without tact, but i also kinda feel bad for her? Like i dont think ik enough about her character yet, apart from the snippets of flashbacks/convos between The Gals we’ve seen thus far - but it really makes me feel like she was the type of kid to get bullied at school bcuz of her interests. So now, being in a position where she THINKS she should feel like she belongs and being constantly shut down and excluded? Dang, shit sucks. Hopefully we get to see her more vulnerable side in the future!
Also we stan Buff Ivy Armstrong - let her develop the most muscular of muscles that have been passed down her family for generations!

Can i just saw it is damn near impossible to find any OC fic that focuses on a lesbian relationship? Like i literally shrieked in delight when i read the summary and binge read this in one night (its current half past midnight rip me). I love the concept of an OC thats like ‘dude wtf is a fullmetal’ kind of shinted right into the thick of it, esp. when juxtaposed with akasha trying to romance the protag. I havent read fma fics in literally ages, and OC fics are generally p hit or miss with me, but this has been a super fun read thus far and ill definitely be keeping an eye on it! Livin for the Ivy/Winry angst! (Ps let ivy get ‘armstrong-fit’ i beg of u its what the gays want)

Heyyy! So it's been a while since I've commented hehehe sorry about that... BUT I've caught up and I STILL LOVE THIS STORY VERY MUCH. The ANGST, the DRAMA. Poor Winryyy, I feel so bad for her TvT I don't really know anymore if I want Ivy to stay, or if maybe Winry can go to our world instead? Maybe this romance is just a phase in their lives that ended too soon... AAAAAA I'M SO CONFLICTED. I can only hope they will reach the least painful conclusion. Now regarding Akasha, I like her as a character and I can see how great her character development will be, but as a person? Not so much... But yes, as you said, she is a representation of a super fan with an obsession with Ed. Oh! I remember the part where she and Ivy were having a conversation and she said something about Ed being her soulmate AND BOY DID I FEEL CHILLS READING THAT! WOW. That was very well written. That one line really got me. I haven't warmed up to Akasha yet, but I'm sure you have plans for that and I look forward to your story a lot! Ivy and Winry's kiss was bittersweet because they won't have a happy ending(...unless? :D), but I'm glad Ivy finally accepted that she has feelings for her. Great update!

YAY! Really good update. Hugh’s death always hurts. When Ivy and Winry exchanged I love yous I ’s relieving that Winry knows now why they can’t be together. I’m really to see where you’ll take Winvy. :))

Okay, so first off all, I blame you for making me realize the lack of Winry based fanfics.

Secondly, I really didn't think I'd like this story so much. The first three chapters were a lil hard to get into, but there rest of em really got me hooked. Not gonna lie, I'm curious on what your going to do if you're going to follow the whole FMA Brotherhood plotline. I know on of my issues when OCs get thrown into world's is that they don't do anything. They're just there. You dodged that bullet by making Ivy stick around with Winry instead.
Can't wait to see where you're going with this!
