If your doing a Next Gen thing are you going to include the Invisible Baby (technically a JoJo Name, though I can’t remember it. There is a good JoJo/Persona5 Cross where her Stand is developed with age, she is able to turn Invisibility into lasers with JoJo Logic (tm))

Keep in mind that Stand strength is strongly linked to age in many cases. When JoJo and Polnareff were deaged in Cairo their Stands were comparatively weaker and if Giorno and Joseph are any indication a person will often have the ability in an unfocused form before they manifest the Will to form a Stand.

Makes me wonder about Izuku’s development. You wouldn’t have set this up if he couldn’t stand equal with the others. You seem to be giving him Jotaro’s growth pattern, where he manifests the form of the Stand before he can start grasping the power. The name Diamond Forever, and his father’s Powers, makes me think that Izuku will have the power to accelerate the age of anything he touches. Possible progression to Stopping(very very slow) time of things he touches and/or reversing time of touched objects

We know from Dio’s Bone (meaning Johnathan’s Bone) that the JoeStar can be passed by integrating part of the Joestar into your body. If Izuku gets OfA and passes it on again, will his successor get the Birthmark, Stand Tendency, and Fate of the Joestar lineage?

If you want a good example (I.E. the basis of my claim) of good original stand names I would look at an amazing story called RWBY's Bizarre Adventure: Remnant Roses by LightningLink. The story fell Jojo and had some semblance of RWBY to not feel out of touch of being a crossover, and the the stands were practically magic in how he/she chose them (it settles in faster and grows quickly), it feels so JoJo that you can tell that it was made with an attention to detail. I don't know what but I saw the Deep purple as All Star (I don't know why, I'm sorry), but Diamond is Forever... it was just too similar to Diamond in Unbreakable. My apologies.

Just realized the reference with Greta Van Fleet originally being Greta Zeppeli. Brilliant since Greta Van Fleet, the band, is very much like a modern Led Zeppelin, the band the name Zeppeli is in reference to.

I Wonder how Jolyne having a brother & Her Father being around in her life; Will affect Pucci's plans; since She wouldn't likely be sent to his Prison. . . since she has no reason to gain a rap sheet. . .

Good work, it has a lot of potential. Though one annoyance I have is that Izuku pretty much has the same stand as Josuke.
