I don't know if letting the characters write in a review is allowed, but it was fun. I felt like Aredhel would say those things, and Maglor is my all-time favorite character, so...

I love it ! Especially rules 11 / 12 / 13 / 14 / 15 and 32 ! Seriously, this is so funny. Thank you for writing it. It is different and light-hearted !

Real funny and nice ,but list fics aren't allowed on the site. Something about a lists not counting as an actual story (they are just one liners grouped together ) and whatever it is that got them banned in 2002. Maybe you should put in in Ao3 or use the list to make some drabbles related to Galadriel's rules.
I do hope you take my advice, I'd hate to see people kicked off site for not following rules.

After reading the rules, I have only the following to say:

- Galadriel is obviously the one with most administrative competence, and presuming the occasion doesn't end in bloodshed, I think she can be trusted to organize more such events. :)

- Wow, Mahtan had a beard? :)
