Your continued refinement of this work has brought about an almost perfect scenario and style. The previous scenario was to heavy handed, but this leads to what seems to be a multitude of branching paths. While the rebel scenario was exciting, I feel it was a dead end. An all or nothing Moment better left for mid story cliffhangers. Possibly working with the Empire makes much more sense. From one Military power to another, both have history in squashing rebels. The Empire is much more powerful than the UNSC, but this can easily change with the UNSC having access to powerful covenant tech, forerunner tech, and even advanced UNSC tech (rail guns, electricity weapons, and experimental software tech). I won’t derail anymore, instead, Thank you for the effort and consideration you have put into this work.

Me likey this. Now, will this story side with the Imperials, or Rebellion?

Really enjoyed how intelligent each faction was in this story. We see the Covenant simple do a smash and grab to gather information about what the hell is going on by attacking the unknown ship and rather than do a full boarding, would simply kidnap a squad. Even if they don't know any high value intelligence, they would know the basics.

Also enjoyed the storm troopers comparing the Energy Sword to the light saber. Was always curious on if sword masters of Elites could match up to a jedi or sith.

Liked the detail with the storm trooper armor providing a seal for pressure. I never knew that existed.

Good so far, I liked how you balanced out the blaster vs shields but I do wonder how UNSC/covenant armor would hold up? On another note I am curious as to when exactly this takes place like like a little before the movies or somewhere in between? Personally I hope that it is before, mainly due to how you would have more content to work with.
