JustMyLuckyNumber12 chapter 9 . 7/9
Holy crap you tied in the "never forget who you are" bit from Uras so well I got chills holy crap I'm excited
Zexapher chapter 23 . 7/1
Another good story in the series. You did a good job writing how Zuko rediscovers himself, and I like how he's opening up to the Gaang. I would have liked a little more interaction between Zuko and Toph, she seems to be neglected compared to the others. The segment where Zuko's working his way through the Chakra's was very nicely done.

Really looking forward to Zuko's showdown with Azula. I want to see a fight, but there's some small opportunity for them to reconcile (which I'd also like to see). Between Zuko's memories of a happier and closer family and Azula's own inner conflict, I expect to see quite a dramatic confrontation in the end.
Chmia chapter 23 . 6/30

I really love how well written this is. I applaud your talent
redstarsarc chapter 23 . 6/11
This was really enjoyable and despite my early reservations after reading the summary, the amnesia surprised me in how well written it was. The character growth felt very realistic, especially the relationship between Aang and Zuko and Zuko's ultimate decision to stop trying to capture him. But that scene between Zuko and Iroh, where Zuko was hurt because Iroh had left him, now that was heartbreaking. Their relationship is my favorite in the whole show. Well done.
A Summer's Melody chapter 23 . 4/22
A well woven story. I’m on to the next book!
Chileangirl chapter 23 . 3/31
Omg this legit made me cry
You are an awesome writer
I can see it in the way you wrote Zuko’s, Aang, Katara and Iroh’s pain
Really made my heart ache
Darklightningstorm chapter 2 . 2/20
Amnesia? Tsk. Still, at least it's not caused by an injury or some such nonsense. It could be far more annoying than temporary semi-subconscious repression.
Kraftykidd chapter 23 . 2/15
Alright, so this ended up evening out narratively and is overall good. I am still a little disappointed in how the first half had a lot of stuff that mirrored the show, and still think some things should have had more divergence and Zuko more growth in his skills alongside his character development.

8/10
Kraftykidd chapter 13 . 2/14
So I’m a little disappointed so far. Nothing has really changed from canon in regards to substance. You might have added a neat little ability caveat, and given some good narrative and different scenes... but nothing has actually changed it the long run, except Zuko possibly hating Aang on a personal level. I just feel like there should be more divergence by this point, especially due to the amnesia plot point. Also, zuko’s healing ability outright sucks. It’s trash. What’s the point of it in this story other to not be used so far? I really really want to like this, and your writing is solid and entertaining, but with the lack of difference in so many aspects from the source material I might as well just watch the show.
Neal aka Lowkojr chapter 23 . 1/16
Just stopping for a second to say I loved this book, and I’m off to the next one
Guest chapter 3 . 11/11/2019
Aww poor Iroh... Love what you’ve got so far!
That scene where Qiao notices Zuko doing a fire nation bow was a really nice touch :)
Guest chapter 10 . 10/27/2019
I bet Ty Lee is one of the hidden airbenders. I'm willing to risk a really good cooked steak
