I made an account just to leave this review. Wow. Just wow. The romance between Ren and Makoto is portrayed beautifully, the personality of each confidant has been perfectly captured, and the story fits perfectly in with the original story of Persona 5. I frequently laughed at the jokes, especially during the text conversation between the Phantom Thieves in Hermit pt. 2. I also cried at multiple moments throughout the story, especially when Makoto and Sae made up in Epilogue pt. 2. Mr. BlazingEmblem, you clearly have quite a way with words and are a very talented storyteller. Besides the frequent grammatical errors and the occasional awkward line, this story was pretty much perfect. I easily give it a 10/10 and will be adopting the vast majority of this story into my headcanon. (The only reason I'm not adopting all of it is because I love Ryuji x Ann too much. Sorry!) Keep on writing dude, I'll definitely be checking out more of your fics when it isn't 3:30 in the morning! (That's when I happened to finish reading. I've been reading it for half of the day because I couldn't stop!) Keep up the great work, especially on that sweet, sweet Ren x Makoto content!

Ohya, Ohya, Ohya...they CAN'T get rid of him. They will try, oh, will they try, but he's still one step ahead of them. Hell, not even a GOD can get rid of him; one will certainly attempt this, and even succeed - for about half an hour, because said god forgot about a certain purple jail that exists between reality and cognition. The god will try to get rid of them for good, by erasing them from existence, only for them to come right back more determined than ever.

No-one can get rid of Joker and his band of Thieves, except for themselves. A crooked politician and his cronies tried, a god will try, and even a false reality will try - but none will succeed, for more than a couple of days.

He shook his head. "Yusuke was conflicted.

...Wait a minute. He told Sae Yusuke's name? Oops. That's a bust.

"It had happened before at Okumura's Palace. There was no cognition of Haru there."

Err...this is one of a number of changes Royal brought. Apparently Okumura now does "care" about her - but only as a subservient puppet. She appears at the end of his boss fight, and sacrifices herself after two or so turns via self-destruct.

...This needs to be updated. Still really good, but outdated now.

"For what it's worth, I don't entirely agree with their methods." Yeah well it still happened so I'd say that's not really worth anything.

amazing story 10/10

Really loved this story. I especially love how you captured the essence of Ryuji so well. But everything about this story was done so well. Definetly one of my favorites.

I found this when Chapter 6 was new, and after 3 months of continued amazing story telling, incredibly well-made jokes, many of those noticable but tolerable spelling errors, and all of the bonds, it came the time for this all to be closed. It all ended beautifully. It seemed so perfect.
Before and after reading this final chapter, I still wonder how the Christmas Eve date would have happened in this...
This is one of the greatest Persona 5 fanfiction I have ever spent some nights to read.

Loved it, mostly because of the puns but a fantastic story none the less

God, this is such a good story! You got the confidants down pat, the interactions between Ren and Sae were top notch, and the relationship between Ren and Makoto were amazing!
