That was great! Similar scenes between Buffy and Spike played in my mind so often, it was amazing to find the story all written. Funny thing, I also always picture Buffy being introduced to William the poet right after the Parker debacle. Great timing!

I also appreciated your view on Drusilla, what she meant for Spike and how he's still pursuing love. We only get glimpses of that Spike in the show, but it was there. The demon could never completely erase the poet in him.

That was amazing. I loved reading every moment! Great job!
