I do understand how it feels to lose a close loved one. My beloved husband died nearly 5 years ago.
The good news is that I found it is possible to have a "new normal" and go forward. I do hope you find a " new normal" in your future.

I can only imagine how hard it is at the moment and although I don't know you personally I can see from what you wrote that you have the strength and the will, no matter how hard it is, to be the person that you are meant to be and that your friend/ relative knew you could be.
