(Sorry for the late review and some of the grammatical mistakes I missed.)

Captain Cold is a defining character within Injustice. Having had his family torn apart and his sister executed, his bitterness and depression have eaten at him ever since. His time in the Society was where he was lashing out, trying to deal with the pain when he didn't know what else to do.

Deathstroke was probably the best choice to talk to him as the others would've berated him for his past and present. Sure he did a bit, but he wasn't as harsh a judge as the others would've been.

Now Snart's on his path to vengeance, let's see where it takes him.

Captain cold is back in the game.

I am loving this so far. And you handle Captain Cold so well. He is one of DC's best characters.

Never harm or kill someone sibling, they will come and get you (Captain Cold need a hug fo this.). So either Vixen or Animal man are next to join, either one them seeing Blue Beetle again is going to be...touchy. Hope it all goes well.

Great chapter. I knew Superman was gonna wipe the floor with Hyperion. But like the conversation with him and Squirrel Girl.

Hyperion...definitely a dangerous foe and a challenge for even the Injustice Superman. Both are brutal and brutally powerful. This was a close match.

Brainiac's technology is what gave Superman the edge ultimately. I don't know the upper limits of the physical strength of either character alone, but having seen both in action, I'd say they're at least dead even.

SG, realistically, doesn't stand much of a chance against Hyperion. Nothing against her at all, but this was also about another show of power for Superman. Yes, he does believe he's doing the right thing and SG even said he's done some good...but some fanciful shows won't earn the trust of certain individuals.

Only time will tell how this all goes.

Squirrel Girl has a point; you need more than a record of villain defeats to prove your not one and given your ‘current’ emotional roller coaster you are going through right now, you need to rethink and evaluate what your doing Superman. Great chapter to start the new year :)

Doctor Doom would definitely fuck up Superman's plans. To be honest I've always wanted to read a story where he ends up getting transported to the Injustice Universe.
