I loved Bulat a lot but I believe his death is one of the most essential in the story because it is what truly made Tatsumi into the unstoppable powerhouse that he is not only giving him Incursion but also showing Tatsumi what a warrior is.

If Bulat lives how is Tatsumi supposed to get a teigu? By the way this story is completely awesome, please continue.

I like this concept. Usually these OC stories are very rushed but this had a slow and easy start. I hope you won't dump all the OC info on the next and unravel in over the course of a few chapters. I think its more natural that way.
