How about adding Skyrim feature to the mix? Simply copying the Gamer manhwa is simply boring. Though the implementation will come overtime.

By using Skyrim, Bell will found out that Drinking/Eating/Sleeping and other Worldly needs are simply optional and can be ignored. At first he will be confused on his lack of hunger, thirst, fatigue, etc and all forgotten about it in the first place. Seeing other people reaction to Bells gaming mindset would be a gold one.
