I'm a huge fan of how you managed to balance the two series - even though 8man is the focus, there's still respect for what Bell can do. Unlike the more 'meh' Oregairu crossovers I've read, the other characters aren't just here to make 8man look OP, and they all still have their place.

So Hachiman thinks of himself as a rival to Bell purely due to the duality between the two's characters. Whereas Bell thinks of Hachiman as his rival due to his perceived inferiority to Hachiman. I never expected Bell to have a dark side to him induced by jealousy. He still has a crush on Ais, but the focus of his growth is spkit between her and Hachiman. I wonder how that would affect him, especially as Hachiman gets a grasp on magic.

This is the part where I've really, really loathed a character or two (namely, Bell... and Hestia).
Too painful for me, and it even reminded me of a certain song (ツユ - くらべられっ子 MV) on YT.

This story is awesome! I feel like your literally the creator of Oregairu with how well u write 8man ._. The jig is up lool. I think the bell/8man duo goes very well with each other. I’m looking forward to reading more of your story!

Fantastic story so far. Very good adaptation of the character from his original environment, and lovely interactions with other characters. The conversation with hestia seems slightly ooc from her, but the method of which she went about it and the type of story this is really fit in well. I think you’re doing great work.

I love how Hachiman debated where to put his scarf like nothing was going on while Bell and Hestia were bickering in the background. As for Lily's transparency, it was funny to see him taunting her with his sword like that; and by that I mean his katana.
And not the one in his pants, you degenerate perverts reading Reviews for a story that isn't yours.
As for Lily getting the help she needs so-soon in the Danmachi Canon... I wonder how Hachiman will go about doing it and what economically-underhanded tactics he might bring to bear.
Speaking of animals, I wonder if the Randy Wolf and its proprietress will be making any more appearances in this story.
Anyway, this was a blast to binge, and I'm really looking forward to more. Keep up the great work!

"so pricey that I couldn't even afford to pay attention to them" was a laugh riot. The dialogue of the date/not-a-date debacle preceding that set an interesting tone as well. The dialogue was all fun to read, and that Hestia squeezed money out of Ganesha was a hoot to read.
Still, with him getting a Kimono, I have to wonder if he'll double down on his Japanese heritage and get a Katana.

got surprise by the amount negative comment though i do understand why, it has to with the delicious drama..and you ended it in like a chap, and they are thirsty lol.

the only complain i have is hachiman equipment. i mean a crossbow? dude sure pack more punch than the bow but the reload is atrocious, should have him stay as an bow user. an almost pure ranged char it would complement bell's melee.

and please make this HachimanXAis. (been thirsty for that ever since the alt story of sage of eyes)

It feels rather painful that even in another world Hachiman will always be a second thought in the family.

Hachiman's maneuvering with the Loki Familia was pretty well-written, and he made good use of his [Sudoku] ability outside of battle. The bit about inferiority complexes and the individuality of the different cases was very thought-provoking as well.
Ais' treating him like a "stray cat" was similarly funny, though I see any "misunderstandings" haven't gone into the ludicrous.
As for Lily being the "living embodiment of class division", that was a laugh riot, and I wonder if he'll call her out on anything when she tries sinking her claws into "protagonist-kun".
