I have one problem with this... you didn't tag Jaune and Weiss and I wasn't able to find this story for weeks. I only found it because I decided to read your other fanfic after spending time with 'Falling Snow'.
...I guess I'm also at fault for my habit of never following and favouring any fanfics.

Anyway, I enjoyed it. Weiss subtly and elegantly thirsting after Jaune is one of my favourite things to read. It's so much fun to put her in these situations and see her try to maintain composure while she hoped her face doesn't explode like a volcano.
And being possessive of him? I'll shamelessly admit that I like that too.

A bit unrelated to the fanfic. I would like to ask you something about the ship. Mostly for my curiosity, if that is okay with you.

Wolf whilstling or compliments are perfectly fine and are not harrassment whatsoever. They're not "icky and gross" as you put it. I'd be pretty damn confident in betting that most men would love to have a compliment from a stranger. For example, I genuinely cannot remember the last time I received a compliment from someone in real life, whether from strangers or people I know.

A little bit of flirting? That's fine, too. So long as it doesn't go too far, obviously.

Active groping? Not okay unless it was invited.

Of course, if the person doing it isn't attractive, then it's bad. No one wants to have an ugly person interact with them. I would know, most people I know hate my guts and would rather not interact with me at all.

In the actual episode, Jaune's discomfort came off less as him being harrassed and more akin to him simply not really knowing how to handle the situation.

Also... Men getting harrassed is better than women getting harrassed. If I bad to pick one of the two and couldn't choose either, I would choose men over women. Men aren't taught to be in touch with our feelings as much as women. Men are taught to be stoic and staunch in the face of adversity, unflappable and powerful.

I, and plenty of other dudes I know, have done very well so far with just burying shit. Something bad happens? Suck it up.

Men are expendable. People don't care about us, so why should we care about us?
