Review time!

I really like your story. Well, I like Luffy x harem stories too, so this might play a part in that.

Anyway, it's not the first time I've read a story where Luffy loses his Rubber powers due to getting near death, the nine minutes is kinda of a tell of the origin of the idea. However, your story IS an entirely different take on the idea.

Here Luffy loses the powers after Marineford whereas on the first sotory using the idea it happens in Alabasta, the new fruit eaten is also different (never read or thought of this one you wrote before).

Even Luffy himself is completely different here and not only OOC. I know he went through a lot but he underwent a 180 in personality here. On Nine Minutes he still retained some, if not most, of the original charm and charisma that made us love the character from the manga.

In your story though, there's next to none of it. This is where I think you made a mistake, it was too radical and sudden of a change, even given the events and circumstances that happened.

Though if you tried to make him into Jack Sparrow from here, I reckon it could work.

The fruit you gave him is fine, even if I personally would have preferred him to go the Roger/Garp way, that is no fruit and only pure badassery. It seems really powerful (OP really) and we still don't know a lot of it's capabilities, so I'll withhold my judgement upon it.

I also think it was an honest mistake from you have Hancock join the crew, I mean, I understand she's his wife now, but with her on the Sunny traveling, Amazon Lily's power and defenses have been extremely reduced due to the amazons not having such a heavy-hitter with them. This could even affect the morale of her people, which in battle is important.

Luffy eliminating the Marines is pretty hardcore, but understandable since he needs to send a message and to say that he's back AND to keep the news that Hancock is now with him down and quiet. That's all fine and dandy, EXCEPT he leaves Sabaody when there's still marines alive there that surely know the Pirate Empress is with him and that WILL report this to their superiors.

So basically he just caused, by either negligence or imprudence or a mix of both, Amazon Lily to suffer a Buster Call. I mean, if you will have him kill marines like you did for the 2 reasons I mentioned above, then you could have him at least finish the job and end ALL of the marines there, every single one of them, to keep the information contained and protected.

Even if it means hunting them down like rats.

On a side note...

Haki arrows and Haki knives? Those don't exist.
You can cover/imbue weapons and other things with Haki, but it's not permanent. The effects last only with constant contact or during a short window of time right after the object leaves contact with its Haki-wielding user.

Now if you meant Seastone Arrows and Seastone knives, just anything made of Seastone (Kairoseki) really, then it is possible. I'll assume THIS is what you meant when you described Margaret's weapons.

Sorry for the rant, just trying to improve the narrative for later on.

Anyway, I'm not here to bash your story, just the opposite, to offer constructive criticism.

Dialogue and interactions are really well written.
Grammar, punctuation and ortography are perfect.
Characters, other than Luffy, seem to be in character, so their characterization is fine.
Development of Character and Depth of them still need time to be ascertained.
Plot seems clear enough and its speed seems just fine.
Line, Paragraph and their structure in relation to the story and its structure progressed quite a bit from the first chapter and now seem to be spot on.

Overall this story is 8,5 to 9 out of 10 to me.

I like that he'll get an island to set up shop first thing. It would be good since Luffy is now educated to have a big mountain of stone with trees plus the roots growing all over and around the mountain that are dense/hard as steel for security with a secret base inside that does research & development to improve everything he needs to crush their enemies while improving living standards.I

Maybe they develop assassination androids to take out the robots and marines or whoever is using them as hound bots. That would be justice to turn tech around on WG forces.

Are there giant sea beasts that Luffy makes his devoted pets for his family's security? Can be now swim as Sūn Wùkōng? I'm a keep readin.

Is there anyway to include advanced civilizations technologies to make his growing family/kingdom more capable against opposition? Maybe combining his Emperor's Haki with certain magical science tech he invents, Luffy will permanently mark and enslave bad criminals forcing them into labors for paying restitution against their crimes. For the ones that are too foul just execute them then loot everything because they're monsters. He should be like Judge Dredd with his sentencing offenders. It would be justice to make the celestial dragons into completely loyal trained eternal pets/slaves of Luffy's family. Thanks man.

The developments are good, nothing seems outlandish so far. I guess because Luffy is now Sūn Wùkōng his natural way of growth includes the magical staff weapon, clones ability along with disguise, Nimbus cloud flying transportation, and anything else monkey king related are just parts of what he is from now on. That's fruit is an outstanding discovery he's made, one of the best. I'm curious if his physical and mystic powers are capable of evolving as he overcomes struggles. Since MC will be pirate king he should have all beautiful princesses and all capable beauties Boa Hancock approves of. Thanks, stay safe and well.

It is certain that Vivi, Luffy's future lover, will join the crew after Crocodile's death. Arches, there will be more new members who will join Luffy's crew.
Ace will be saved by Luffy when he will receive new powers during Impel Down or Marineford. Teach will win the ire of Luffy who will torture and kill his enemy.
But Ace will still die at the hands of Akainu, which may awaken Luffy's power.
Or after Marineford, when in a coma, Luffy can be given new powers.

I really like this story;) I especially like the idea of Hancock joining Luffy's crew for Margaret I don't know for now, I'll see how it goes with her in the next chapters . What I would REALLY like is that Shiraoshi is VERY strong how in the story "ambition of a god" (since she is the ancient weapon "poseidon" she should be super strong) and that she join the harem and Luffy's crew I've always loved the Luffy x Shirahoshi stories so I would really like her to join the crew and be even stronger than Hancock (I think this would be better if she could have legs and a tail when she wants it as in the story "ambition of a god" and that she could make herself smaller so that she can join Luffy's crew). I can't wait to see the rest

Hmm, I think it would be good if when they on the way to fisherman island Luffy clear all confusion, jealousy and tension that rousing. Nami jealousy isn’t good for the team work, as does Sanji. I hope Luffy notice the it.
Btw would all strawhat beginning to use deadly force? I actually think it’s kinda strange how Zoro and even Robin(since joining SH) never killed their enemies(or are they?) in canon.
