Paula and Laura are just so cute! And Wigglytuff and Chatot being all dad like is socute.

Some of these things with how the Wigglytuff Guild works, I never thought of before, but they're all interesting points. I do wonder how long the partner was by themself, for example. Or how they even usually train new recruits. It's nice to see Wigglytuff and Chatot being so helpful, also.

Chatot and Wigglytuff's awkwardness at some parts here was both understandable, and understandable as to how Laura and Paula would be confused/upset about it. Because, of course, WE know everything's okay, but the protagonists' situations in general is pretty weird when you think about it, and it's nice to see them showing concern in general.

But anyway, it's also interesting to see how guilds run in general; it seems natural that there are other guilds out there besides Wigglytuff's, and while the Torterra Guild's processes sound extremely useful, it also makes sense that they'd be an outlier. Bidoof and Loudred in particular are two recruits who'd seem like they'd need a lot of help, so it's good to understand Chatot's thought processes with them.

...Also, now that I think about it, Laura's perspective on why she joined the guild makes a ton of sense. Of course, Hero does admit at the start of the game that they don't really have anywhere else to go, but it doesn't get much expansion beyond that. So while it's a bit sad to see that Laura isn't (or at least wasn't at fist) as enthusiastic as Paula was, it's again good to see everyone being so supportive of her, and that she's at least warming up to it by now.

I like where this is going so far. I wonder if Grovyle will make the connection that she is human. Also, when should we expect another chapter?

"…And the reason you never informed us of this so that we could, actually try and help you with this is because…?" Chatot asked, his eye developing a mild twitch]

Oh, it's a good point that Uxie should be able to fix memories, too. Though I wonder how this will effect Fogbound Lake, and what Grovyle's reaction will be later. Also everyone freaking out at their ages was funny.

Wigglytuff being so supportive was really sweet here, and of course Loudred is just as tactless as always... Anyway, I wonder how curious everyone will get about Relatia, as obviously they're learning about her MUCH earlier here compared to in the "real" verse. (Though from what you've described about it, it may not make too much of a difference in the long run, so it may not matter.)

At any rate, it was also nice to see Uxie seem nostalgic over Relatia's followers, and it was nice to see a mention of Ditto, too. And, of course, everyone's reactions to Laura and Paula's ages were great, too.
