Okay the idea of dragons blood being like alcohol for vampires is freaking hilarious.

I feel sorry for Charlie, he is after all a nice guy trying his best but I do like a good Bella bashing story.

Charlie's career is on the line now. If Hekate has to pull out the big guns not only will the principal get fired but Charlie may too because of Bella seeing Hekate's file.

Hello! I'm having a total blast reading your story so far! I look forward to reading what you have in store next!
I totally understand about the eyes thing, this whole virus mess is so surreal!
This might be a bit of an unorthodox suggestion, but have you thought of using a screen reader temporarily? If you don't know, screen readers are typically used by blind and visually impaired individuals to access computers, phones, etc. A screen reader would be able to read whatever you're writing, as well as having the option to echo your entered characters and words as you go, so you have less of a reason to look at the screen.
Again, a weird suggestion, but I figure it might help you for writing tasks. Most all devices have one built in. Apple devices have VoiceOver, Microsoft devices have Narrator, (which is sub-par but would do for your needs), Android devices have TalkBack, and ChromeOS devices have ChromeVox.
Sorry if my suggestion doesn't help, and I just thought of it because I have used them since I was a kid, and I've often wondered how they could be useful to non-blind people, like maybe making computer access easier for people with reading disabilities and now, in your case, eye strain. In any case I hope you're able to get your glasses replaced soon!
