So, buddy. You've got a slight formatting problem that makes this kinda hard to follow.

Only one person can speak per paragraph. If someone new starts talking, start a new paragraph. The way it is, it's hard to tell who's saying what without re-reading the same line a couple times.

I would also suggest writing out a character sheet for us to look at, rather than just describing the numbers and what they mean. For Gamer fics, that's really the only way to reasonably have the reader follow along with progression. You don't have to update it every chapter, or whatever, but being able to look at that sheet would solve some of my confusion.

Other than that, I like the concept, and you seem to have a decent start here.
