Did I miss something earlier where it explained what freeze power or how he obtained it?

Hopefully you realize that ridiculous rant about capitalization is irrelevant. I haven't read your story yet, but ignore the dude criticizing your capitalization usage. As an English teacher, I can assure you that mom and dad are indeed capitalized when using the words as names as his/her examples indicate. I tend to skim reviews before attempting to read fanfiction, but that one comment got my hackles up.

This one isn’t an issue at all, I just found it funny. Charlie isn’t short for Charlus; it’s literally the exact same length, both in letters and in syllables.

Another inconsistency. Harry won’t use the killing curse, but he already did, didn’t he? He used it when he killed Malfoy and Snape, since Snape’s wand did two killing curses but Snape only cast one of them.

... you saying that Dumbledore stopped her sending a patronus like she did just now? Or that Dumbledore stopped her asking Susan to inform Harry that she wanted to talk to him? It’s a minor issue, but I’m pointing it out anyway because many minor issues combined are worse than a lone major issue.

Okay, the Carrow twin inconsistency that someone else mentioned aside, you have a knack for forgetting things you’ve said. In one chapter, you say that Harry would tell Ginny about Snape and the prophecy when they mirror called just before bed, but he only told her now. You said Harry thought his freezing ability is the power mentioned in the prophecy, then you later said he doesn’t believe in the prophecy and now, again he’s saying his freezing ability is the prophesied power. So, which is it? On that note, how does Malfoy know about the RoR if Harry never did the DA? That’s how Malfoy knew of it’s location and function in canon, so where is the explanation for that?

RE to janesu: Calm down with the capitalised letters. While he would be called Minister Fudge in address, as it’s his title, when saying minister of magic, there is no need for capital letters as it’s just his career. It would be like saying “That’s Harry, he’s a Student.” It’s silly. That same logic applies to most of your other corrections since most of them are just capitalising words that needn’t be capitalised in the context they’re being used in. You-Know-Who and the names of particular departments do need to be capitalised, so you’re right on that front but you also got it wrong by capitalising “head”. Being the head of a department is a career, not a title, so while Amelia is Director Bones, she’s only head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. Hogwarts Express in an odd one, but I don’t think there is a right or wrong as it works both capitalised and uncapitalised. I find it odd how you also capitalised the word ‘dad’. I won’t say you’re wrong on this one, as I’m not entirely sure but I’m pretty sure that the only time dad or mum are capitalised is when they start the sentence, being some of the only words that aren’t capitalised despite being a form of address. “Thanks for the help, mum” seems more appropriate than “Thanks for the help, Mum.”

Well, I’m not quite through this chapter, but supposedly Voldemort is planning to make the Carrows teachers, but the Carrows were supposedly part of the group that were killed with the vanishing cabinet.
