Glad to see this getting update. I understand just how busy real life can get.

All things considered, the Eds are really doing alright. Edd only got injured because a heavily armored enemy caught them by surprise. But it looks like he will be alright and the Eds will be on guard for the next time.

Of course, getting above group is only the first step. They now need to navigate the base while under siege. Lets hope they run into O'Brian soon.

dude I don't want to rush you or nothing but please update soon because no offence it's getting down right mind numbing with nothing to do. so please for the love of sweet god update soon this series is the best thing that interests me more then thinking about suicide due to boredom

Now the Eds are in for it, separated from the trained soldiers and having to travel alone for a bit. Great that Eddy was able take charge again after remembering what he learned from "Big Picture Show" and getting his buddies in line so they can try and survive together. Seeing O'Brian and the Eds fight off the giant ants inside the underground complex reminds me a lot of having to raid an ant nest in EDF as well, good memories of shooting rockets at cave walls and watching the ants fly off.

You're welcome as far as that slight criticism goes, but thank you for continuing the story. It's really entertaining and I think you're doing great work believably writing the Eds even in a crazy scenario like this. Actually makes me think of "The Eds Are Coming" where the Cul-De-Sac banded together to fight off the "aliens" at Rolf's house. Keep it up, bro!

Glad to see this getting update.

It was rather light hearted and humorous to see Ed trying to reenact his favorite video game character and Eddy point out how unbelievable it is that they went from being worried about getting in trouble for Ed breaking something to being worried about getting attack by giant bugs.

Thing got intense when the group got ambushed by bugs with the Eds getting cut off from the rest of the group.

I do have to give Eddy credit for taking charge and reassuring his friends that they need to keep moving.

This story had me chuckling a lot of the way through, crazy crossovers like this are always enjoyable to me. Favorite line that got me to bust out laughing was "Being eaten by a giant bug. Well... at least it wasn't the Kanker sisters." Definitely seems like something the Eds would think in their last moments.

Only thing I would say is that it's a bit hard to read and figure out who's speaking the dialogue when some characters speak in the same sentence or paragraph. I'd say separate that out and the story would be easier to follow along with.

It looks the the Eds are armed up and ready for action, although it is a relief that they were assigned to the rearguard due to their lack of training.
I think the weapon choice for each Ed suits them rather well.

I wonder if the eds will be given any weapons at the armory.
