This is a super interesting premise and your writing chops are really solid on the technical front!

I do think Goku knowing the Kame Hame Ha and being stronger than all the other fights feels a bit off., but that is just me.

I quite liked Baba here, she's clearly got some real power, but limits, has invested a lot in Goku and is stern with him but not unfair feeling more like a grandparent who was forced to become a guardian of a child.
