You did a fantastic job. You antagonist is clearly drawn and a very nasty fellow. I think what I love most was your last two chapters - Vic recognizing she needs to give to Walt what he gave to her - forgiveness and acceptance. Brava. Very well done.

I've just read this twice. You are a gifted writer. This has been an amazing story and yes, Vic will forgive him (I hope). You have blended their lives so well without changing their core. They will always compromise when the situation calls for it, but you kept them both to whom they really are. Excellent writing, just excellent!

Another great chapter! I have so many thoughts and emotions... I'm glad how things worked out with Ferg, and Walt got to be with Vic while she finished her shift. I'm not really sure what's going to happen at The Red Pony, but I'm hoping Tom is nearby or something. The end of this chapter was "nail biting" to say the least... I need to know what happens next!

I'm feeling much better about Tom now lol. It's nice to know he's just a genuine guy trying to help keep them safe. My newest fears are that Cain recognized the truck and thought it was Vic driving, caused it to wreck, then kidnapped Ferg when he realized his mistake. But now I'm also concerned that Cady is at the station alone because I'm afraid she could be a target too! (Don't you love that I'm so invested in this story that now I'm just making crazy assumptions as I eagerly await the next installment? Haha) Um, at least Walt and Vic are ok right now...?

I was worried about Cain this whole time, but now I'm trying to figure out what Tom is up to... Does he just have a crush on Vic? Does he know something about Cain that they don't? Is Tom up to some shenanigans of his own? Omg my mind is going all over the place... I'm really not a fan of Vic going into work, either. I can see why Walt is nervous. Even I'm nervous about it lol
