Good chapter, interestingly this Izuku despite having ghoul problems seems a lot more selfassured, joking with Bakugou and stuff. Guess thats the influende of having an actual friend this time around. The part at the end was a bit too sudden for me though. I think if you ended the bit before Izuku being mugged/assaulted with him going to school or something that the transition would be better. Right now i had to reread it once to get what was suddenly going on from Izuku reading a book at home to being mugged in some random alley.

Aaaaah! I love this already! I haven't watched/read Tokyo Ghoul in like years so this story prompted me to do a Google deep dive into the lore/worldbuilding around TG; and it has left me with so many questions and things to anticipate! First off: because Izuku's bloodlust is beginning to skyrocket (Midoriya my boy I'm sorry but I'm afraid you'll have to start looking up suicide hotspots) I'm assuming his kagune is beginning to develop/will be coming soon and I can't wait! Will it be Rinkaku, Bikaku, Kokaku, or Ukaku? I'm really hoping it will be something epic like Kaneki's Rinkaku! Also what's gonna trigger it? Hunger? The attack?
I was also thinking: because Izuku's quirk is a mutation, is it transferrable still like in the Tokyo Ghoul canon? Can you imagine?

thanks for another great chapter man! and kagune wise, dude a chimera of rinkaku and ukaku would be a way to symbolize and give a little nod to canon but that's up to you, I'd be happy with anything you write, it's a great story man! and because of the because of a different childhood both izuku and katsuki rubbed off on each other its great XD

Tanks for the chapter, I personally like the pacing, this kind of exposition and setting helps to have a good in-depth story I think. This story also treats and explains the discrimination towards villainous quirks better than any MHA story ive read here. Wonder if he'll meet Toga before canon or only when he's in UA.

Another great chapter, also I prefer FroppyxIzuku but we'll see how the story takes a turn but begs the question what type of kagune will he get?

IzukuxToga banzai. Toga best girl. But i do love the story, it's a fun concept and extremely well written. Keep it up, lookin forward to next chapter. It does seem rather slow paced, I was wondering what the pace was going to be.
