This is good, I always like reading about evil MCs, however, like the other reviewers were saying, your MC doesn’t come off as evil. Not sleeping with the girl just based on her age is some white knight shit, if he was evil he would’ve done it for sure. Also if you’re planning on going to RWBY then you should know that Ruby is 15 so that would mean that you're planning on not adding the main character to the harem, which is pretty stupid if you claim to be evil. Look this story has potential, it really does, also for the people wondering why he was in Goblin Slayer, it was a tutorial to prep him. That being said you’re going down a dangerous route to becoming an edgelord and not an evil mc. If you need some inspiration you should read TheDarkWolfShiro he has probably written the only actually evil MCs in all of fanfic. Look I know you’re probably scared of the SJWs coming for you and flaming you, but you need to step up and not be scared of them. Overall it was a good start, but it could have been better.

On a technical level, your writing is perfectly fine. On a character level though? Your character comes across as some sorta smooth brain moron who made it through the tutorial purely through the fact of being able to bullshit up skills on the fly. Not only that, you've already given me reason to doubt your ability to stick to your promise of an Evil!MC when you decided fucking some 15 year old was "too depraved" for you. If it was out of pure personal preference for other looks I could understand it, but you made it a moral issue while also claiming to be an evil MC.

Why is he in the Goblin slayer world? you said that his Home world is RWBY, but he instantly went to the goblin slayer world, why? doesn't make any sense.
Also you stated the MC was Evil, but apparantly he draws the line at having sex with a 15 year old girl, why? so i guess he also draws the line at having Ruby Rose in the harem then, because she's 15.
If your MC is Evil, then atleast do it right and dont have him hold himself to some dumbass morals that dont make sense, because hes already practically going to make people his slaves with charm, a little underage isnt going to make your character any better of a person.
Not that im a fan of underage sex specifically, but there are alot of girls that are 15-16 that are worthy of being in the harem imo, like Ruby Rose, or Koneko Toujou for example.
