For all the flaws this story (if you can call it that) had, up until that point, I was kinda curious where you would go with this, but this is an absolutely STUPID thing to do and is the straw that's breaking the camel's back, as it were.

Because the main character there is nothing going for him on the moment, no personality, calling him a cardboard cutout it would be a compliment, because at least there would be a at least one dimension to him, you are rushing so much there isn't even that, I a firm beliver of "if the story doesn't care, why should I?"and there is no reason to care for the MC or what he does for now.

All right I'm going to level with you dude I've been reading fanfiction for about 20 years now and I've read a lot and your story not only does not make sense it is just flat-out is boring.

You have a self insert character that has all the knowledge of the world they're going to. They're completely OP as hell there's no character progression and everything is entirely too easy to the point of absurdity.

What also doesn't make sense is you have a modern normal guy who has absolutely no problem with slavery to the point to where first day he goes and buys a ton of slaves even though he does not need them and he has no problem with it and has no problem making them fight for him even though he does not need them and he has no problem letting / murder a little girl die.

The only way this would make any sense is if he was a total psychopath before he came there but you haven't written in that way.

I'm not finding this new shield hero very heroic as let the village be destroyed by extending the wave out all in the name of leveling out his party.

It kind of bothers me that he can put his team in his shield, it kills a part of the fun.
