I still don’t get the “I was committed to Laurel and didn’t want to hurt her” bit. Even if Felicity was pushing him away when she got back. His wife is home from the dead, mother of his kid and he’s kissing his old girlfriend/New fiancé in front of her! This is the one point for me that makes me stop every time I try and really love this story. And for him not to realize that running to your ex girlfriend (no matter if she’s still a friend or not) every time you have a fight with your wife was hurting her and “looked bad” to everyone else, is unbelievable. He comes off as the worst boyfriend and husband ever. Was that your point? I’m floored at how it’s kind of swept under the rug. Eww he needed his ego stroked by his ex girlfriend because he and his WIFE had a fight. And Oliver said that’s why he went to Laurel. So he needed a boost by her flirting with him before he went home to Felicity. Then he doesn’t seem to get that Felicity coming back and seeing him with Laurel was devastatingly hurtful. Putting Laurel’s feeling first cause he didn’t want to hurt her. He cannot be that stupid. I mean it was cruel beyond belief. I could go on and on about this point but I’ll stop. All I can end with is this...this the most selfish, oblivious and well dumb Oliver I’ve ever read.

Oh, dammit. You've got me hooked on reading this story when I really should be working on my own. I'm not always a fan of fics that follow the show, but you've done so much to make Felicity different and interesting here that I'm intrigued. I like her growing friendship with Diggle in this chapter. You write dialogue really well in general. Looking forward to continuing.

I loved the ending! I’ve been waiting for them to find their way back to each other and it looks like they’re taking those first steps! Also I love Felicity as this badass vigilante. Never would I have had this idea to make the story from her perspective instead of Oliver’s but it is awesome! Also, is Oliver ever going to become the Green Arrow? Or at least something more than tech support? Not that it isn’t hilarious to think of him in that role, it just doesn’t suit him. Can’t wait til the next chapter!
