One historical mistake. Monarchs don't usually leave their kingdoms, not for anything. This is why they have ambassadors, generals, knights, and others to do these tasks.

Just one quibble re the suggestion that Elsa consider seeking a King in chapter 1; Since Kings outrank Queens, Elsa’s future husband would more likely be considered Prince consort. Otherwise it would seem like she had handed over control of Arendelle to her husband! Not her style methinks! That said, it’s your story, so you do what you like! Cheers!

I really enjoyed this chapter, at first I was worried about reading through a council meeting (they aren't always the most interesting thing) but you wrote it very well and in a way that kept me engaged throughout the scene. I look forward to reading more and seeing where you take this story.
