"more mama bear than big brother" what a good way to describe protective Dean when Sam needs him. :)

I love that Dean told Sam that badassery was a word and that it had Sam's picture next to it in the dictionary. I don't know how Sam managed to last as long as he did, but that's how Sam is when he has to help Dean. I wonder if Dean will find out just what Sam went through to get back to Dean?

Wonderful tag to this ep that left SOOO much of this much needed care for Sam out of the story completely! Were we REALLY supposed to believe that, after all that, a couple of stitches and a transfusion for blood loss and Sam would be walking out the door under his own power? Yeah, right! This filled in that gap very delightfully! (And great title, BTW!)

Red Meat is one of my favourite episodes Jensen and Jared were both amazing in that episode. Sam trying to find Dean and then Dean nearly dying so that he could talk to Billie.

I really enjoyed this! You write the bond between the boys so well. Sam truly was badass in that episode! You also filled in some gaps the episode itself missed. Well done and thank you.
