Unless I have missed something, Izuka doesn't have One for all yet, so I think you should have left those abilities out.
Personally I don't think you should give Izuka One for all, because quite honestly she doesn't need it anymore.

I can just see the look on his face. And if he dragged her off to the teacher's lounge on the first day of school to question her, oh boy is he going to get verbally curb stomped by half the teachers in there. Most of the teachers in that room, from Midnight to Eraserhead, know exactly how fragile a child can be. Some of them even were that fragile child, or knew that fragile child.

Also, is it cheating on the grip strength portion of Aizawa's quirk apprehension exam if she uses metal bending to compress the device? Actually, is it cheating if she points a hand at a robot to identify that it was her doing it, then uses metal bending or air bending to press the off button on robots in the entrance exam?

The stages of non-chemically altered fire are: Dark red, red, orange red, orange, yellow orange, yellow, pale yellow, white, white-blue, blue. Humans can't see beyond this range, but let's say for a moment that someone with ultra-violet sight can. Like a reindeer or mantis shrimp quirk user; probably a person who can see Toru, or maybe even Toru herself considering I always wondered how she can see while invisible. Purplish blue, blue-violet, violet, dark violet, black (the theorized color of fire on a black hole, a star that collapsed in on itself and ate up any planets/stars around it. Thankfully, our own star is quite healthy and won't do so for a good long while.)

If you alter the fire with chemicals, it can be green, purple, blue, yellow or whatever... all while being cool enough to wet your hand and run it through the flame without burning yourself.

But in terms of natural fire with it being color to temperature based, fire starts out with red wavelengths and then adds more and more ultra-violet, which we interpret as blue light, until it changes to the next stage again and again before ultimately stopping at blue for humans.

Not sure what you mean by 'cold fire', but I assume it means some kind of magical fire like bluebell flames in Harry Potter? Where they behave like liquid and you can fill jars with them?

By solid fire, do you mean plasma? As in, star wars blaster bolts and light sabers? Because that's awesome if she can throw plasma bolts. Lethal, sure, but awesome.

Well, electricity and heat are different frequencies of energy. So it's not that different. You could say that she was forcing so much effort into making the energy match the frequency of fire inside the foam that the energy changed frequency as it exited the foam.

this is wonderful and I would love to read more of this plus I am certainly curious as to how a certain explosive blond that she no longer looks up to is going to react when or if they meet up again soon.

And don't worry about a little procrastination, most sentient and sapient creatures seem to do it at least a few times in their life. Cats especially. Though, to be fair, I can count the number of species I know are sapient on one hand. So maybe humans are just naturally lazy? :(

Still, being a bit lazy before or after a big thing like planning a party should be perfectly fine. It helps build up or restore energy, both mentally and physically. A little lazy goes a long way. :)
