Yay! I’m so happy Uraraka was picked! I legit commented how I hoped it would be her and it makes sense why!
I kind of hope Deku’s hero costume will be a mix of Avatar Wans outfit during his fight with Vaatu and Aang’s second half of book 3 outfit where he shaved his head back to baldness. It can maybe take a more green tinted color for most of the outfit with the scarf staying red and the pants and shoes can be based on Aang’s outfit. You don’t have to do this but I thought it’d be a cool look for him that screams traditional style for a Avatar. I mean it’d be pretty weird if you look at the entire Avatar line with them wearing all these traditional outfits with Korra still having some traditional style, and then you see Izuku in a superhero costume that completely different from everyone else you know?
I wonder if Deku will get some lessons from the original bender like the badger moles, dragons, Flying bison, and the moon and ocean or the koi fish. It’d be pretty cool to see him do the dancing dragon. Maybe he can even meet a lion turtle to gain some knowledge and wisdom.
Also wonder if benders will resurface or become a thing again and maybe Izuku becomes a teacher for them when he’s an adult. It would be very heartwarming considering his journey to master the bending arts that have basically been lost to time with basically only a book to give him instructions. Btw have you seen the Avatar stuff added to SMITE yet? I’m still working on getting the Aang skin and then the extra bonus skins like the blue spirit, and Avatar states Aang and Korra. Which also makes think of a cool idea for Izuku when he goes full out Avatar state. Maybe have an image of Ravva appear on his chest like for the Korra skin in the game. Just a cool idea really is all it is.
I really want to know what’s happened in the time between Korra and Izuku. The spirits seem to be asleep and somehow all three of the spirit portals are closed. Just what happened in that time? A part thinks Vaatu has something to do with this. I really hope he becomes the big bad of the series as it would be fitting for Izuku, the Avatar with the light and peace spirit, to fight (hopefully) Shigaraki, the Avatar with the dark and chaos spirit. And I feel that Shigaraki and Vaatu would get along really well especially with how he is now.
Sorry that there’s so much, it’s just that this fic is really good despite only being 3 chapters long so far!

This is a great story so far. I can understand that the books are helping Izuku out quite well he has only mastered the basics. As Master Pakku said to Aang, “They are no substitute for a master.” Though I doubt finding a real master would be easy for him. I do have a question. Mastering the Avatar State it took a lot of spiritual training. Would Izuku get the same training like Aang did with the guru? Keep up the good work.

COOL! Avatar Izuku's Girlfriend Ochako-chan is getting OFA; I Wonder How Zero-Gravity would work in Tandem with OFA; I Wonder What Uraraka's version of Full Cowl would be;

COOL! Avatar State Izuku's Voice is a fusion of Izuku's voice & Korra's Voice; like a Fusion From Dragon Ball Z, GT, & Super combines the voices of the Fusion's Components; like Gogeta/Vegito having Both Sean Schemell & Christopher Sabat talking at the Same time; or Gotenks having Kara Edwards(Goten's Voice actress) & Laura Bailey(Kid Trunks' Voice Actress) taking at the same time;

I Know that Izuku's Only got Korra as his Guide to being the Avatar due to Vaatu Ripping Raava out of Korra's Body in Season 2 of LOK; Leaving Every Previous Avatar Incarnation from Avatar Wan to Avatar Aang Permanently Lost to time; but If there WAS to be a Next avatar after Izuku & Korra(Hypothetically speaking); Izuku Could Provide insight to his Successor & So Could Korra; and Izuku's Successor in the Avatar State would sound like not only Izuku's Successor, but also Izuku & Korra as well

Also Bakubitch finally gets what he deserves! I also love the tactic of using the water and ice to essentially nullify his use of his quirk. Maybe also when Bakugou tries to use the Holitzer Impact attack, Izuku to shoot fire at the collected cloud of nitroglycerin and cause the attack to prematurely explode.
Also will Izuku essentially be able to use Todoroki’s own quirk against him? Todoroki obviously isn’t a bender and he’s essentially a flame thrower and a ice... thrower, which means he’s essentially creating fire and ice/water for Izuku to use. Todoroki’s essentially a element generator. Same goes for Inasa and his wind.
Also hope for Deku to do the leaf airbender training exercise and see him struggle to get through it. Maybe have his classmates participate as well to make it more funny, especially Bakubitch so we can see him take the same approach as Korra to try to force his way through it. Just watch everybody fail until Izuku notices a leaf pass by and through the entire obstacle without being hit which helps everything click for him. While of course at the same time someone comments how a leaf is better at dodging than them. Just a fun suggestion for class training exercises they can do.

I’m loving this! Maybe during his life, Izuku can somehow heal Ravva to where he can connect with all of his past lives instead of just Korra? It would be so cool as well as make Korra so happy to have the damage done during her life undone! Also speaking of Korra, I was kind of hoping that maybe one of her villains, Hundun specifically from the Legend of Korra game, be a movie villain. Either for the first or second film. It would be so cool to see Izuku and Class 1-A face him and the dark spirits he commands even though technically Izuku will be the one to do all the heavy lifting as he’s the only one who can purify the spirits Hundun corrupted, same with Hundun, though his classmates can certainly help keep the tide back as Korra was overwhelmed in the game. It would act as one of Class 1-A’s big, crazy interactions with the Avatar world as they fighting a bunch of spirits being commanded by a powerful evil old man spirit and his brother spirit who’s stitched to his back that has crazy magic stuff as well as is a very old enemy of their classmate from a previous life. Just reading all that lets you know how crazy it sounds which is why it would be so good! It can also foreshadow future Avatar villains like Vatuu as Izuku comes to realize that he must be prepared to face enemies he fought lifetimes ago.
On another note, it would be cool if Izuku found the now dubbed “Avatar glider” as originally it was Aang’s, but then it became Korra’s, and it would be cool if it now became Izuku’s! Sort passing on the torch/glider kind of thing, and he can use it for travel as well as a weapon.
There’s just so many possibilities you can go with in this fic. I know you’ll do great. I can already tell by these chapters! Keep up the awesome work!

Why didn’t Izuku try waterbendig the Slime Villain? Swamp bending is a thing, and I’m pretty sure it would have worked on the Slime Villain. I guess it could be that he forgot it was a possibility, but with water bending coming pretty naturally to Izuku you’d think he would attempt it before he’d attempt fire bending.

I'm loving this story; kind of curious if Izuku can use the power-drain the lion-turtle taught Aang to remove quirks. There might be some issue with spiritual vs. genetic, but nobody seems to know where they come from and some could be seen as having a basis on what spirits or benders could do. Also, are the animals still Avatar-esque hybrids or did they somehow devolve to what we'd be familiar with?

I pray that Midoriya teach that Bakugo a valuable lesson!

What about Shinso inheriting OFA? Can’t imagine it happening, but it would be interesting if you went with that. He does have the drive and determination so it could fit. And a part of me thinks of would be hilarious to see him beating everyone with his fist in class. Would just need to engineer a scenario where he impresses all might before u.a. so he could inherit it early since his body wouldn’t be able to handle it. Or just go with whoever you had in mind lol

wait was it only 1 voice with izuku in the avatar state, if so then i don't know kinda sucks since i always imagined speech in avatar state be like multiple voice all at once with different intensities... so hopfully it will be like that
