I’m loving this story so much I freaking marathoned it from when I found it this morning. I love how you’re not afraid to alter the entire course of things while still using some of the history like Budapest. I’m curious how Tony will ever become Iron Man in this story especially considering Iron Man is supposed to happen soon in the timeline and for it to truly happen Naruto’s influence during the actual events of the film have to be minimal. I am curious about what elemental techniques Naruto has in his arsenal but I also acknowledge that there’s very little outside of Thor, Hulk and the Order that Naruto can’t just ruin. And even those can only push him so far. I’m actually expecting Naruto to pull a “Man of Steel” moment and just snap his cuffs by accident since he has his restriction seals lowered to make keeping people alive easier. All the while they’re getting frustrated because his ANBU mask just wont come off no matter what they do and they can’t find a single weapon on him since they’re all in seals on his body. I can’t wait to see how Fury and the others react to Naruto’s Hydra/Pierce information, as for his personal story I’ve had the idea of Fūinjutsu Contracts in my head for a while where it’s like a magically binding deal upon signing where they can’t share the information if they wanted to. Anyway I hope you enjoyed writing this as much as I have enjoyed reading it. I can’t wait to read what happens next. Peace!

why would this naruto surender to shield to me that dosen't make any sense

Naruto obviously has a plan since there is no way that he would ever submit himself to another person. He is probably just going along with the arrest just so that he can inform shield just how outclassed they are before he inevitably leaves.

uh they really have nothing they can arrest him for as he hasn't committed any crimes other than being an "alien". All the shit he's done has been in the best interest of the U.S and U.N I could see them wanting to question him about how he gets his info but not arrest him for crimes he clearly hasn't committed or that they can't at least prove he's committed
